A massive well done to our GAA Quiz Team who came in 11th place in the All Ireland Quiz this weekend. What an amazing achievement after putting in huge preparation work with Mr. Fogarty each day before school and sometimes even after school. Super achievement boys!👏

Following a thrilling campaign, our Yard League finals take place tomorrow. The Minor Final starts at 11.15am with the Senior Final at 11.45am, when the Cork rebels will face the Galway tribesmen! All are welcome to this feast of hurling!

We played our minor Yard league semi finals last Friday. We were treated to 2 very exciting and entertaining games!
Well done to all our boys in 2nd and 3rd who have played in the league throughout the last 4 weeks.
We look forward to the final on next Friday the 14th of March at 11:15.

Huge congratulations to the students in 6th Class who were confirmed on Saturday. Many thanks to Archbishop Kieran, Fr. Vincent and Fr. Jim, for making it such a special occasion. A special thanks to Ms. Lanigan and Mr. Fogarty, the class teachers and to our amazing choir, soloists and instrumentalists, under the baton of Ms. Doyle and Mr. Donnelly, who added so much to this special day.

Scoil Ailbhe soccer 5 a side teams who competed in the Primary 5’s county final in Cahir AFC football grounds last week.
Both teams played against teams from Cahir, Cashel, Clonmel, Nenagh and Newport.
Our red team came third in their group and did not qualify for the knockout phase.
Our blue team topped their group progressing to a semi final against St Mary’s Clonmel. A great win saw us into the county final. Here we lost two one to Newport.
Well done to our footballers and best of luck to Newport in the Munster finals.

It was fantastic to be invited to our close neighbours @cbsthurles for their Harty Cup homecoming last week. It was great to be able to support the team and especially get to meet our past pupils to tell them how proud we were of them. Huge congratulations to all the players especially Euan, Keith, Leelan, Kyle, Ronan, Bill and Cillian. It was wonderful to see past pupils on the sideline also with Mr. Dunne and Aidan Stakelum coaching the team.

The hall was packed for our service that was full of thanks, love and gratitude for all they do! We also took the time to remember those that couldn`t be there.
